LUKE, I AM YOUR FATHER...

Photobucket

B is nuts over Star Wars!!! I think we have spent way too much money on the figurines, every time we go he thinks he needs a new one. Seriously, how many guys/girls/creatures are there???? A couple of months ago B scored big when my nephew, Justin, (who is now 21) gave him all of his old Star Wars stuff...Thanks Justin!!! Gosh, I love toys...NOT!!!! Oh well, that's part of being a kid, right?!?!
Next week I'll share another piece of B's artwork...here's a hint, I Want to Rock....

SCARLET & GRAY FEVER....A couple of days ago, my husband and B were going through the closet. B came across one of Todd's hats. This hat used to belong to Todd's grandpa Paul. Todd's mom, Lori, informed me that Todd had always admired this hat when he was a little boy so his grandma Laura gave it to him. I thought it would be cool to get some shots of B in the hat. Yes, I have quite the character for a son!!!!
The top photo is a picture of my husband when he was a little boy.....GO BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Where has the time gone??? I can't believe he's nine months already. It seems just like yesterday I shot mommy's maternity pictures and now the little guy is 9 months. I had such a blast shooting these pictures. We used daddy's truck to make these photos more personal...which is always cool.
R.J. was a delight, full of smiles and giggles. Thanks to his dad and my Braeden for making him laugh during his session.
I'm looking forward to family pictures and R.J.'s one year in November!
We LOVE you R.J. : ) ~ Uncle Todd, Auntie Erika & Braeden

I had a wonderful morning session with the Frey and Hunt family. I went to school with both sisters so it's always nice seeing them and their kiddos. Since our last session Kylee has added another boy, Ridge, to the family and Lindsey is expecting #2 in the fall.
Thank you so much and looking forward to our next session...will it be a boy or girl????

I had a wonderful evening with Lizz and her mom, Karen. I knew going into the session that Lizz wasn't so thrilled about getting senior pics done, but knew she had no choice. I later found out that she had a blast getting them done!...YAY!!!!!!
Check out those shoes!!!! Lizz informed me that she has had them for years and they are her favorite so I had to photograph them.
Thank you so much Lizz. Have fun and enjoy your senior year because you'll never get it back.

Here's another one of my besties, Jennifer and her beautiful family. Jennifer and I met when we were in jr. high, I was a 7th grader and she was an 8th grader. I remember inviting her to the lake for the weekend and we became best friends right away! People who know Jennifer and I, would say we are totally different from each other. In my eyes she was wild, carefree and loud (back in the day) and I was more quiet and didn't want to get into trouble but we balanced each other out!
Jennifer was like a sister to me, always there with good advice. She never judged me and was a good listener, oh and a shoulder to cry on!
Some of my best memories I have with Jennifer are from high school...our trip to Arizona to visit her sister Michelle, floating down the river, jumping off a small cliff and sliding down the rocks!!!...Late nights watching "The Last American Virgin" and "Valley Girls"....we LOVED 80's movies!!!!!...SHOPPING, our favorite thing to do (when our mothers paid)...Gosh, I could go on and on but I'll stop here!
Jennifer (Danish), I hope you like your pics!!! I had a blast and looking forward to more sessions in the future. XOXO, Muffin

This past weekend I traveled to Bucyrus to surprise my sister for her birthday. On way down there I decided to call one of my best friends, Danielle, to see if she would like me to take some pics of her twins. I'm so glad we were able to meet up for a session. I miss my dear old friend and love every chance I get to see her kids.
I met Danielle the summer of 1993. My sister was new to the town the year before and didn't know anyone. That following summer she met the Leuthold family (her back door neighbors). She had mentioned to me about her neighbors and how they had a daughter around my age. I was like PERFECT!!!!...now my summers with my sister won't be so boring. I went to stay with my sister that following week and that's when I met my Dani. We clicked just like that and became best friends.
Danielle is the sweetest person you'll ever come across. Her heart is so big!!! And I'm thankful to have her in my life! I miss those days of being young and carefree...sleepovers watching Pretty In Pink and The Man In The Moon, shopping, eating at Chi-Chi's (our fav back then), UNO, dressing my niece up and making her say "the squirrel is a girl", dreaming about that special guy and what our weddings would be like...I could go on and on but I'll stop here.
Thank you Danielle for being such a wonderful bestie!!!! I love you!!!

ELLY + ETHAN = FUN!!!!!

I love photographing these two!! I have been waiting to do this session for five months and was so anxious!!! Finally the day came and we had a blast!!!
I absolutely loved the fashion they rocked! I knew Mom would do a FABULOUS job dressing them.
As you can see Miss Elly had so much fun with the camera, Ethan did great too but wasn't too interested. He just wanted to play with my son but that's how most boys are. I'm looking forward to our next session and the arrival of their new baby sister or brother in February!!!!
Thank you so much!!!
