I recently enjoyed a beautiful fall evening with Mr. Carter. Wow, I can't believe he's two. Time sure does fly by. Carter is my husband's cousin Kelly's son...did I do that right...are you confused...if so, he's a cousin!!!Anyways, he is such a handsome man!!! Happy Birthday Carter!!!!
